To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original packaging

  • Free of stains, odors, or damage

  • Returned with all accessories (if applicable)

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non‑returnable:

  • Intimate apparel

  • Clearance or final‑sale items

  • Digital products

  • Gift cards

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost.
